Staff and permissions

Android app
BetaBill, collect money, record milk and visit shops from a phone or tablet. Counter sales keep working without network and are sent later.
Final testing on real phones and POS tablets is still going on.
Windows app
BetaThe same app on a Windows computer with a desktop layout and in-app updates.
The installer is not signed yet and offline use on Windows is still being checked.
Indian languages
BetaScreens in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Punjabi as well as English. Each person picks their own language.
The translations are drafts being checked by native speakers, and some screens are still in English.
Van Distribution
AvailableVans and their papers, crew per day, load sheets, stock on each van, shop visits on a route, and the end-of-day settlement.
Milk Collection
BetaCollection centres, milk intake with fat and SNF, rate charts, farmer bills and advances, trips to the plant and slips.
Built and tested. Weighing scales and milk analysers have not yet been tried on real machines, and the trips, commission and day-closing screens are on the web only. Recording milk on the phone needs a connection.
Dairy Distribution
BetaMorning and evening orders in crates with cut-off times, a credit check when the order is placed, dispatch and a crate ledger.

Fresh Produce

GST Returns
BetaPrepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from your sales and purchases with the portal upload files, and match purchases with GSTR-2B.
The upload files have not yet been tried on the GST portal. Check them with your accountant before filing.
E-Invoicing
BetaCheck B2B tax invoices against the e-invoice rules, make a test IRN and QR code, cancel within 24 hours, and see what is not ready.
Runs in a test mode inside the app. It is not connected to the government portal yet.
WhatsApp Messaging
BetaSend bills and statements as a PDF on WhatsApp, only to people who agreed, with a log of every message.
Tested with a test provider. A live WhatsApp Business account has not been connected yet.
SMS Messaging
BetaText farmers about each milk delivery, bill, payment and advance, with wording you can change.
Tested with a test gateway only. Indian SMS also needs your own DLT registration.
E-way bill
