Does it work without internet?

Partly. The Android app (Beta) keeps counter sales, payments, returns of its own bills, expenses and van route visits going when the network drops, and sends them when you are back online. Some work needs a connection: signing in the first time, the first data download, milk collection, reports, stock transfers and stock counts, buying, label printing, and van loads and settlement.

Which languages can I use?

Screens in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Punjabi. The Indian-language screens are drafts that are still being checked, so they are marked Beta.

I am not registered for GST. Can I still bill?

Yes. Where no tax applies you issue a bill of supply instead of a tax invoice. If you are registered, bills show CGST and SGST or IGST from the buyer’s state, with HSN on the invoice.

Can I use my thermal printer?

The app is built to print receipts on 58 mm and 80 mm ESC/POS thermal printers over Bluetooth or USB, and labels on TSPL, ZPL or ESC/POS label printers or as a PDF. It has not yet been tried on real printers, so tell us your model and we will check it with you before you buy.

Can I bring my customer list from Excel?

Customers and suppliers import from a CSV file. In Excel, choose Save As, pick CSV, then import the file.

Can farmers or shops see their account?

Yes, with the Customer Portal (Beta). A customer or farmer signs in with their phone number and sees their own statement.

Is e-invoicing ready?

Not for live use yet. E-invoicing is Beta: it checks each invoice against the e-invoice rules and makes a test IRN and QR code inside the app. It is not connected to the government portal or its test system yet.

Can I file GST returns from the app?

You can prepare them. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and GSTR-2B matching are in Beta, and you download the files for the GST portal. Filing straight from the app is Coming soon.

How much does it cost?

Prices are set per business and depend on the modules you pick. We have not published them yet. See plans and demo and ask us for a quote.
