Who we are

This website is run by the Vistaar360 team. The company name and contact details are in the key facts at the top of this page. Where a detail is not filled in yet, it says “Details coming soon”.

What the demo form collects

When you send a demo request, we save:

• your name and mobile number (both required);
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• the kind of business you run;
• the modules you are interested in, your town or city, and a message, if you choose to add them;
• the language of the page you used.

We also check two things when you send the form, but we do not save them with your request:

• your tick in the consent box, which says we may call or message you about this request. The form cannot be sent without it;
• how long the form was open, which we use only to tell people from automated senders.

We do not save your IP address with your request.

We use these details to contact you about a demo and to explain the price for the modules you choose. We do not use them for anything else.

How long we keep it

The retention period is in the key facts at the top of this page.

Who sees it

Vistaar360 staff see demo requests in the admin screen of the Vistaar360 platform. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other companies.

Server logs

The web server that hosts this site records the address of each visitor and the pages they ask for, so that we can run the service and fix faults. To be confirmed by the legal reviewer. To stop repeated automated sending, the demo form also counts recent sends from each address for a short time in server memory. That count is not saved with your request.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads no files from other companies. Fonts, images and scripts all come from our own server. The language you read in is part of the page address, not stored on your device.

Your choices

You can ask to see your demo request, or to have it deleted, by using the contact details on the Contact page. To be confirmed by the legal reviewer.
